1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 working days
  • United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
  • South Africa: 8–12 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

2. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping and free returns on orders over €30.
Orders below €30 may include a standard shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
All prices on our website include VAT.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and link.
This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled, but you may return them after delivery.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, and additional conditions may apply.

7. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, contact us at contact@calveronix.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the reason for return

We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos to contact@calveronix.com, and we will arrange either:

  • A full refund

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, simply return the original product and place a new order.

10. Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. All Calveronix products include a 30-day quality warranty covering manufacturing defects or issues upon arrival.

11. Do you ship outside Germany?

Yes, we ship to most EU countries.
